
Refund and Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your purchase, this policy explains when you are eligible for returns, replacements, refunds, and cancellations.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only if:
- The product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You receive a different design, size, or color than what you ordered.
- The item has a manufacturing defect.
- You contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- A mandatory unboxing video is provided for damaged/incorrect claims.
Return Conditions:
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- All returns are subject to a quality check once received.
Important:
If the return is due to customer reasons (wrong size ordered, change of mind, display color difference, etc.), reverse delivery charges and the original delivery charges will be deducted from the refund/store credit.
Returns are NOT accepted for:
- Wrong size ordered by customer
- Change of mind
- Minor color variations due to screen differences
- Worn, washed, or used products
- Print-On-Demand (POD) items
- Customized/personalized items
- Clearance or discounted items
2. Exchange & Replacement Policy
If your return is approved:
- We will replace the item with the same product.
- If the product is unavailable, we will issue refund/store credit.
Note:
For exchanges initiated due to customer reasons, reverse pickup charges must be paid by the customer.
3. Refunds
Refunds are issued only if:
- The received item is damaged or defective
- We are unable to provide a replacement
- The order is cancelled before dispatch
Refund Deductions (Applicable when return is due to customer reasons):
- Reverse Delivery Charges (pickup charge)
- Forward Delivery Charges (the original shipping fee)
These will be deducted before issuing the refund or store credit.
Refund Processing Time:
5–7 working days after the return is approved and quality check is completed.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Include:
- Order ID
- Issue details
- Photos & mandatory unboxing video
Verification:
Our team will review your request and approve/deny it based on this policy.
If Approved:
- You must return the product in original condition, unless reverse pickup is available.
- When return is initiated due to customer reasons, reverse delivery charges will apply and be deducted from refund/store credit.
5. POD & Custom Items
POD and customized items are made individually for each order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless:
- The product is damaged
- The product is defective
- You received the incorrect item
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank/payment method
- Contact your bank
- If still not resolved, email support@navshya.com
