You may cancel your order if it has not been processed or printed.

1. Cancellation Window

  • Standard products: Within 6 hours of ordering
  • Print-On-Demand items: Within 1 hour, before printing begins

Once processing or printing starts, cancellation is not possible.

2. Automatic Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled if:

  • Payment failure
  • COD verification fails
  • Product becomes unavailable
  • Order is flagged as suspicious

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

Refund (if applicable) will be initiated within 3–7 working days.
