  • Print-On-Demand items (Printrove, Qikink, etc.): 2–5 business days
  • Custom-designed products: 3–7 business days

Processing time may vary during festivals, sales, or high-demand periods.

2. Shipping Time

Once dispatched, orders are delivered within:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
  • Major Cities: 4–7 working days
  • Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on courier performance.

3. Shipping Partners

We ship through trusted logistic partners:

  • Xpressbees
  • India Post
  • Printrove / Qikink shipping partners for POD orders

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on eligible products
  • Standard shipping rate (₹40–₹80) for other products
  • Charges will be visible during checkout

5. Order Tracking

You will receive:

  • Order confirmation email
  • Tracking details via SMS/email after dispatch

6. Incorrect Address

If the address is incorrect or incomplete, delivery may fail. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect details provided by the customer.

Currently, Navshya.com ships within India only.
