Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, you will receive the same product shown in the pictures. However, slight variations in color or print may occur due to lighting, screen settings, and printing techniques (especially for Print-on-Demand items). These minor differences are normal and not considered defects.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Your sales receipt (invoice) is emailed to you automatically once your order is placed.
You can also find it in:

  • Your Navshya account dashboard under Orders (if you created an account)
  • Your order confirmation email

If you didn’t receive your invoice, contact us at support@navshya.com and we’ll resend it.

How can I return an item?

To request a return, email us at support@navshya.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your Order ID
  • Photos of the product
  • A mandatory unboxing video (required for damage/incorrect item claims)

Once verified, our team will guide you through the return process as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes, most items are restocked regularly.

For Print-on-Demand products, restocking depends on the availability of base materials or sizes.

If you want updates on a specific item, kindly contact us or use the “Notify Me” option (if available on the product page).

Where can I ship my order?

We currently ship orders across India to most serviceable PIN codes.
During checkout, you can enter your address to check availability.
International shipping is not available at the moment.
